Remove exhibited work within five (5) days of the show's closing June 28th.
Opening Reception: Sunday, May 31, 2009, 6 - 8 pm.
Call for Demonstrators: Show participants have an opportunity to demonstrate during OPEN STUDIO weekend, May 23-24. The Emile Gruppe Gallery is an official state headquarter for OPEN STUDIO weekend. Up to 400 visitors are expected. If you're interested, call the gallery owner at 899-3211.

Juried by slide/CD.
Submit up to two(2) images for consideration; only one will be accepted. Size limitation for accepted work is 44" in width.
Label directly on top of slide/CD and include title of painting, your name, price and overall dimensions.
Write directly on the slide/CD.
These must be postmarked by June 1, 2009.
Send to Robert O'Brien, 2811 Weathersfield Ctr. Rd., Perkinsville, VT 05151. Include the entry fee of $25 payable to VWS.
Accepted work must be delivered to the Hunter Gallery of Fine Art from Saturday, June 27, through Tuesday, June 30, 2009 between 10am and 6 pm.
The gallery will accept shipped work. Mail to: Hunter Gallery of Fine Art, 74 Main St., Grafton, VT 05146. Shipped work must arrive by June 30.
Pick-up work at the end of the show from Sunday, August 2, through Tuesday, August 4, 2009 between 10 am and 6 pm.
