VWS NEWSLETTER 2-5-08

VWS NEWS 2-5-08

Snowy Greetings everyone. I’ll make this brief in the interest of getting important information out without too much chatter.

SHOW INFORMATION

CLAREMONT OPERA HOUSE

Show ends Monday, Feb. 25.
Pick-up is Feb. 25, between 10 AM and 1 PM. If that doesn’t work for you, last resort, call the Opera House- 603-542-0064
or Kit Hawkins at 603-542-2458.
Please make every effort to pick up on the designated day- car-pooling works well.

Many thanks to member Diane Liggett for arranging this show for us, and Kit Hawkins for hosting the show at the Opera House. It’s not too late to have a look- you can ask at the desk downstairs for a viewing if the gallery isn’t open.

This is a special show featuring our signature members. (See list in the last newsletter). There are still a few of you who have not yet paid your dues, and you will NOT be eligible to participate in this show if you are not paid up by FEBRUARY 7. ( Everett Webber has sent out notices, so if you didn’t get a notice, don’t worry.)

UPCOMING SHOWS:

RED ROOF GALLERY in Enfield N.H.

April 18- May 31. Details to follow.

REMINDERS:

DUES: If you haven’t sent in your dues for 2008, you are now delinquent. You cannot participate in shows unless your dues are paid BEFORE the drop-off times. Grace period extends till March 31, after which your membership becomes “inactive”. That status can be remedied by paying anytime, but an “inactive” member loses signature status if you remain inactive for 1 year, and you must start the process over to regain it. Note: New members are active as soon as they join and pay their dues, any time of the year.
