POSTCARDS
If you would like postcards to send to family, friends or clients please email Rob O'Brien and he will mail them out to you. Rob's email is rjoartist@yahoo.com. Be sure to include the number of postcards you want along with your mailing address. There is a limited supply and will be distributed on a first come first serve basis with a maximum of 10 cards per request.

DELIVERY

All accepted work can be delivered by hand to the Hunter Gallery of Fine Arts (address below) from Saturday, June 27th through Tuesday, June 30th, 2009 between 10:00 am - 6:00 pm.

The gallery will accept shipped work with return postage.

LABELING
All work must be properly labeled with the following information. Print and fold this label over the frame wire.

PICK-UP

Artists can pick up work at the end of the show at the Gallery from Sunday, August 2nd - Tuesday, August 4th, 2009 between 10 am - 6 pm.

COMMISSION
The Hunter Gallery of Fine Art will take a 20% commission on works

AWARDS

The awards juror, Hal Lemmerman, will be at the Hunter Gallery on July 2nd to choose the award winners
